The hotel includes a beach very close to the building. The food was also quite nice.
The bar service left something to be desired. I was told I ordered incorrectly, which I thought was a bit rude since I was ordering for my whole family. It naturally takes a little longer. Most of the bar staff, especially the men, were friendly enough though.

limited food weak drinks
The location has a nice beach directly accessible from the hotel.
The food choices were not great. The same food got repeated too often and this became tiresome. The alcoholic drinks seemed watered down!

Fantastic Stay with Family
friendly staff balcony room perfect air conditioning
The staff was friendly and helpful at reception. Our room included a balcony with a pool area and a sea view in the background. The air conditioning worked perfectly during hot nights. I found lifeguards took guest safety seriously, which allowed us to relax around the pools.
The sunbed situation was a bit competitive.

Excellent Family Stay
helpful staff comfortable beds clean sheets
We found the staff friendly and helpful from arrival. Reception, restaurant, bar, and entertainment teams provided great service. The hotel is well-decorated and maintained to a high standard. Our room included comfortable beds and crisp white clean sheets. The air conditioning worked perfectly on hot nights. We also had a nice balcony overlooking the pool area and a partial sea view.
The walls in the room showed some minor signs of wear.

The staff consistently provided assistance and were efficient. They promptly addressed our needs. I noted fast service at the bar. The personnel were attentive to detail and ensured a smooth check-in process. I give them a high score.
